Les Griffons de Pichon Baron is the second wine from Château Pichon Baron, the result is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (52%) and Merlot (48%) which is aged in single wine barrels for 18 months. This great red wine from Pauillac is made from grapes from gravelly plots located near the Gironde estuary, on the left bank of Bordeaux.

Tasting note:
It has a dark and intense crimson red color. Very expressive, the aromatic bouquet opens with notes of small red fruits with aromas of morello cherries and strawberries. Beautiful notes of sweet and balsamic spices. On the palate with a velvety texture, structured by flexible tannins, with a very good balance and great precision, underlining the correctness of the maturation process, perfectly integrated.
