In North America We ship to the United States under specific conditions (wine and oils only). To place any order on our website from the USA, first contact us via WhatsApp. We will be happy to help you with any concern to facilitate the process.

The price of shipments is calculated based on their weight.

Once the shipment has been made, the buyer will be sent by email the tracking number and/or a link to the website of the transport company where you can track your order online.

Important: For large volume international shipments, consult us directly as the rates vary depending on the weight, which favors the buyer.


All the products offered are usually available for immediate shipment, so we can ensure supply in the vast majority of cases within a period of approximately 1-3 business days for home delivery, except for shipments to the Canary Islands, whose delivery period Usual delivery would be: 3-4 business days, and the rest of the countries under the conditions specified above. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm will be processed on Monday due to courier service hours.

However, this term should not be interpreted as a guaranteed term since unfortunately it is possible that in some cases there may be delays in delivery beyond this term, due to lack of supply by suppliers, delivery problems, etc., committing ourselves in any case, to inform the buyer as soon as possible of the new expected delivery period. For store pickups, always check availability and delivery time before going to pick up. Once the order has been processed and is ready for collection, the Buyer will be informed of the availability for collection at the store, either by phone or e-mail.


Orders can be canceled at no cost until the moment the shipment becomes effective. If we receive notice of cancellation once the package has already been shipped, it will be considered a return. Returns can be made up to 7 calendar days from receipt of the product according to the following specifications:

  1. The right of return cannot be exercised when there are indications that the products have been opened, tampered with or exposed to inappropriate conditions.
  2. It is mandatory to return the products correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for subsequent sale.
  3. Any package that lacks any of the sender's identification elements (name, surname, address, order number) cannot be accepted.
  4. The return of the requested products will give rise to the reimbursement of all the amounts paid by the User.
  5. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, as well as return costs.

Excluded from this case are those returns that are derived from our error or from a product defect. In such a case, Mantequerías Bravo undertakes to exchange the defective product for another equal one or the amount will be refunded. It will also be responsible for the cost of return and subsequent shipping provided that the return is justified.

In the event of a price error in any of our products, the customer will be informed and we will proceed to issue a new invoice with the actual cost. If the client does not agree with the changes, the company will refund the amount paid in full.

We inform that the refund of the invoice will be made within a period of 14 business days from the request.
