Inniskillin Vidal Ice Wine

Inniskillin is an "Ice Wine" or ice wine that is produced in Ontario, Canada. This ice wine is not harvested until the temperature drops to at least -8ºC or -10ºC degrees, freezing the water and having the grapes a higher concentration of acidity and sugar. After its vinification, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 3 months.

Tasting note:

Brilliant golden yellow. Nose citrus notes, apricot, mango and light background, aromas of vanilla. On the palate it is silky, dense and of great persistence.
