Asturian compango.
We are going to make an Asturian Compango. When the onion and garlic are golden, add the beans and add the tablespoons of paprika. Sauté for a few seconds and then cover with water and add the compango . Cook over high heat and, when it starts to boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for about 2-3 hours.
