Cabrales Cheese is the combination of three milks (cow, sheep and goat). The caves found in the Council of Cabrales result in a unique and intensely flavored blue cheese. You can enjoy it alone, in salads or as a base for more elaborate recipes such as croquettes, sauces for meat and poultry, with Italian pasta or in a soufflé.
