Morbier cheese. 250g
Morbier Cheese Gets its name from the small town of Morbier in Franche-Comté, which is located in the Jura department, about 15 kilometers from the Swiss border. It is easily recognized by the black layer of ash that separates the paste horizontally in the middle. Originally, the two layers of cheese have a slightly different taste, the evening milk layer being more fruity than the morning layer. Unlike its smell, Morbier has a mild flavor and leaves a wonderful nutty aftertaste. Its flavor is complex and fruity with a slight spiciness.
