The firm texture and cylindrical shape of this Italian Provolone Cheese made with cow's milk allows it to be cut into large and attractive slices to be consumed as is. In addition, its mild flavor makes it a common ingredient in pasta and pizza recipes. It is delicious grilled or melted in a clay pot in the oven. At Bravo we prepare it with truffle slices from the Italian Piedmont.
