Italian prosecco, from the Veneto area, is one of the world's favorite sparkling wines for its refreshing acidity, its slightly fruity flavor and perhaps for its wonderful combination with Aperol-type aperitifs. Although prosecco generally lacks the prestige of champagne or the complexity of cava, it certainly represents a good value for money bet.
Unlike champagne or cava, which are made using the traditional or champenoise method, this type of wine is made in tanks.
Alcohol content: 11º
Serving temperature: between 8 - 10 °C
Sparkling with a straw yellow color, notes of apple, peach and acacia flower.
On the palate it is dry, creamy, elegant and persistent. Very nice.
