Alcoholic degree: 12% Vol.

Serving temperature: between 8 and 10 °C.

Tasting note

Golden yellow in color, fine bubbles and sustained effervescence. Aromas of nuts and praline. Very fine on the nose, with aromas of brioche. On the palate it is fresh with an attack of lemon. Long wine on the palate and well balanced. Recommended to eat with pork, oily fish or shellfish.
