Tasting note

The explosion of the bouquet is complex and luminous, a mixture of white flowers, citrus and stone fruits. All stimulated by the freshness of anise and mint. When breathing, we finally perceive the spicy, woody and roasted touches.

The wine, until now introverted, finally reveals itself. The coherence between nose and mouth is total. Its sharp, elongated, refined, tonic and athletic profile is imposed with warmth. The fruit makes its statement loud and clear. The acidity that signs this vintage is remarkably integrated. The persistence is essentially aromatic, gray, smoky, urgent.

Pairs with meat and iodized, cooked and raw. The spices stand out and accentuate its effervescence and thicken the wine.
