Bollinger Brut Rose

The main component of Bollinger Rosé is the Spécial Cuvée, to which is added between 5% and 6% red wine, made from grapes sourced exclusively from Grands Crus from the Bollinger vineyard.

Some 3,000 small old wooden barrels are used for winemaking. The base wine fermented in old French oak barrels that have contained chardonnay. Aging was carried out for 36 months in rhymes in the cellars.

Tasting note

Nice coppery pink color with fine and persistent bubbles with intense aromas of pastry, strawberries, red fruit, toasted almonds.

In the mouth, it is reminiscent of the nose, with maximum finesse on the palate, very subtle and elegant, salted meats and pastries, accompanied by ripe fruit. Very persistent.
