Juvé & Camps Family Reserve

Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia is a cava produced by the family winery Juvé & Camps, located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and protected by the DO Cava.

Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia is a brut nature cava, a coupage of the Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo grape varieties from various own farms, all located in the Penedès region. The harvest is done manually and the grapes are quickly transported to the winery to preserve all their freshness.
Once the free run juice is obtained, it is aged in the dark and silent cellars for a minimum of 36 months, and each bottle is moved by hand from its desk.

Tasting note

It is a cava that is characterized by its fine and prolonged bubble, its brilliant pale golden color. With a rich and elegant aromatic palette, with a development that begins with notes of ripe white fruit and then gives way to the nuances of aging: bakery, toasted, spices... The palate is totally fresh, with a pleasant texture and a long finish in which the aromatic memories of white fruits appear again.
