Bollinger Special Cuvée

The Special Cuvée is made from wines from the latest vintages, but above all, with a majority proportion of reserve wines (a true singularity in Bollinger). Its aging doubles the demands of its appeal in time, reaching a range of elegant nuances.

Aged for a minimum of 36 months before disgorging. After this, rest a minimum of 3 months before leaving the market.

Grape: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier

Alcoholic degree: 12% Vol.

Serving temperature: between 8 and 10 °C.

Bottle: 75cl.

Tasting note

Very intense gold color, with abundant, fine and persistent bubbles. Good aromatic intensity with hints of lemon, toast, pastry, hazelnut. With a fresh and very tasty mouth where the bubble caresses the palate with a long journey.
