Ars Collecta Blanc de Noirs Gran Reserva

Ars Collecta is the new collection that the Codorníu winery in the DO Cava produces with its best vineyards. Three Limited Edition Gran Reserva cavas that are the result of the experience and know-how of a winery with more than 500 years of history.

From the hand of its winemaker Bruno Colomer, Ars Collecta Blanc de Noirs is made with Pinot Noir and Trepat, grown inland with a continental climate.

After the coupage, the bottles are placed deep in the cellar to begin the natural process of the second fermentation for 35 months. After this time, the deposited sediments will be eliminated through stirring and disgorging. Subsequently, expedition liquor will be added and the bottle will be covered with a cork.

tasting note

It is a cava with an intense straw yellow color with very bright golden reflections and purple nuances as a result of the Pinot Noir variety. Fine and delicate bubbles, well integrated that cause a perfect rosary with a uniform and long-lasting crown.

We find exquisite aromas of white flowers and also red fruits, the most genuine nuances of the Pinot Noir grape.

The aromas are noticeable again in the mouth, where they show body and remarkable freshness. It is creamy, delicate and long.
