After the success in 2020 of the short-lived vintage PN VZ 15, Bollinger reinvents itself with an equally successful new vintage. Called PN VZ 16, it is made primarily with 2016 Pinots from the Verzenay region as the base vintage. Bollinger PN is a blend of Pinot Noir reserve wines from the municipalities of Verzenay, Avenay and Tarifières. Tasting note:

A color with golden undertones. It opens with fruity notes of apple, rhubarb, quince and mirabelle plum. After a few moments, hazelnut aromas complement the aromatic palette. On the palate a wonderful creamy effervescence produces a delicious and expressive quality. Exotic flavors, with brioche and hints of cooked fruit, precede a saline finish.
