The advance in the phenological stages was maintained until the harvest, finishing for the first time before the month of October. These conditions provided us with excellent maturation of all the varieties, with well-balanced musts, with mild acidity and full-bodied, very long final wines.

Tasting note

A wine that provides us with two apparently contradictory characteristics: complex but easy to drink. Of great complexity, where the fusion of the predominant aromas of ripe peach, pineapple, mandarin citrus and orange blossom, are sustained by delicate mineral and earthy memories and pleasant notes of mint and bay leaf. In the mouth, the first impression is of a wine with great character but at the same time fresh and youthful, which fills us with its powerful structure, balance and unctuous sensation.

Wonderful combination with seafood: oysters, clams and crab. Also enjoy it with Asian cuisine or with white meats and rice dishes.
