Remírez de Ganuza Blanco

This is the new white wine from the Remírez de Ganuza winery. Throughout the years that they have been producing white, they have been acquiring knowledge and implementing infrastructures in the process. The vineyard, formed in a traditional supported glass, facing south-west, is located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra in a limit zone of cultivation (600m). Vineyard planted in 1978. Calcareous clay soil, on a steep slope, with spontaneous vegetation cover.

Operating temperature:  10º C.  

Alcoholic degree: 14% Vol.

Bottle: 75cl.

Tasting note:

It has a subtle and fragrant nose, delicate and mineral, with fresh notes of aromatic herbs and menthol, stone fruits and citrus. Tasty mouth, with volume, silky, fine and mineral structure. It has a long and fresh finish.
