Rosa Cusiné is a long-aging single-varietal sparkling wine made exclusively with the Garnacha variety. With this cava we want to claim the great potential of this variety so deeply rooted in our roots and thus recover the memory of our ancestors.

In it we find a synergy of elegance, structure and silkiness that make it unique.

A cava that recognizes the work of a lifetime, the wisdom, energy and vitality of Rosa Cusiné, who celebrated her 100th anniversary in 2020.

tasting note

Subtle pink with salmon colored outlines. Energetic, creamy entry into the mouth, with very well integrated bubbles and hints of ripe and candied fruit, which ends with sensations of great complexity. Finest bubbles that explode into delicate and complex notes of candied fruit and nuts.
