Made from vines that are over 80 years old, located on clay-calcareous soils from Castilla La Mancha, with a pebble surface that characterizes the vineyards in the area. The bobal, in these conditions, shows a sweet and elegant tannin. Aging in 500-liter barrels for 18 months, with a production of 2,100 bottles.
