Pineapples, mangoes, fruit juice concentrates (grape and date), fruit pectin

Today we recommend preparing a delicious and buttery sandwich with bacon, Mango and Pineapple chutney. Salty and sweet, it is sure to wow everyone who tries it.

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup pineapple (cut into small pieces) ⁠
2 slices of cooked bacon
½ cup chopped onion ¼ cup parsley ⁠ 1 tablespoon St. Dalfour's Mango Pineapple Spread Salt and pepper ⁠ ¼ cup butter ⁠ Bread of your choice ⁠ One slice of cheese (optional) ⁠

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the pineapple and bacon into small pieces. Finely chop the onions and parsley. ⁠ ⁠
  2. Add oil to a skillet and fry the onions over medium-low heat. When it becomes moist and transparent, add the chopped pineapple, bacon, St Dalfour Mango Pineapple Cream and fry until all caramelised. ⁠
  3. Add parsley to the pan and quickly fry, then add salt and pepper to taste. ⁠
  4. Butter the bread of your choice, add a slice of cheese (optional), and toast the bread until golden.
  5. Add a generous dollop of chutney to the toasted bun.
  6. Enjoy!
