Today we recommend preparing a delicious and buttery sandwich with bacon, Mango and Pineapple chutney. Salty and sweet, it is sure to wow everyone who tries it.
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup pineapple (cut into small pieces)
2 slices of cooked bacon
½ cup chopped onion ¼ cup parsley 1 tablespoon St. Dalfour's Mango Pineapple Spread Salt and pepper ¼ cup butter Bread of your choice One slice of cheese (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the pineapple and bacon into small pieces. Finely chop the onions and parsley.
- Add oil to a skillet and fry the onions over medium-low heat. When it becomes moist and transparent, add the chopped pineapple, bacon, St Dalfour Mango Pineapple Cream and fry until all caramelised.
- Add parsley to the pan and quickly fry, then add salt and pepper to taste.
- Butter the bread of your choice, add a slice of cheese (optional), and toast the bread until golden.
- Add a generous dollop of chutney to the toasted bun.
- Enjoy!
