Malleolus Sanchomartin
Malleolus Sanchomartin
Malleolus de Sancho Martín is made with grapes from the Sancho Martín estate, located on a hillside with vines that are up to 60 years old. Both malolactic fermentation and aging take place in new French oak barrels. A wine from a great vintage, 2016, which promises to be intense and a success when you uncork it.
Data sheet

Tasting note:
Malleolus de Sancho Martín has a ripe cherry red color, with a high robe, with dark tones in the heart. On the nose it is opulent and intense, with a predominance of black fruits and a marked minerality accompanied by toasted aromas of noble wood, of great complexity evolving into spicy and sweet notes. Presenting itself in the mouth as a powerful and persistent set with a silky tannin that envelops the palate.
