Heaven's Door Double Barrel

Heaven's Door is a collection of handcrafted American whiskeys created in collaboration with Bob Dylan. The perfect mix of art and craft, a collection of stories to savor and share. Each bottle of Heaven's Door features the distinctive welded iron doors that Dylan created in his studio, Black Buffalo Ironworks.

Heaven's Door Double Barrel is aged 6 years in new American oak barrels and then 6 months in French Vosges oak cigar barrels, imparting a sweetness to the spicy rye profile for a completely unique finish. Air-dried cigar barrel vs. kiln-dried whiskey barrel.

In Heaven's Door Double Barrel we find the aromas of dried fruit, roasted grains and oats, with a finish of persimmon, blackberry and fennel are complemented by flavors of gingerbread, toasted cinnamon and Christmas spices for a bold and complex finish with a finish lasting caramel. The finished product came out so smooth that we increased the bottling proof to 100.
