The Alto Horizonte and Micaela Rubio wineries present us with El Cerro Brujo, an authentic spell for the palate. It comes from a plot as small as 0.23 hectares of a 90-year-old vineyard on the slopes of a hill that exceeds a 30% slope in Navatalgordo. Almost magical, but full of authenticity and minerality that expresses the singularity of a unique vineyard in the world. Airs of freshness with a lot of charm.

Tasting Note:

Cerro Brujo is cherry red in color with a medium-low layer. Very fresh and highly complex with aromas of white flowers, roses, white pepper, juniper, cistus and red fruits. On the palate, long, opulent, but at the same time ethereal, deep and very persistent. Sensations of acidity and graininess reminiscent of the minerality of granite soils. Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, roasts, Iberian pork and cured cheeses.
