Millesimé is an aged champagne that is made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. It is only obtained in very good years. Sustained yellow color, fine bubbles, light and pleasant effervescence. On the nose, light aromas of candied fruits, brioche and honey. On the palate it is broad and generous, with a strong aromatic persistence.

Expertise 7. Expertise 7 is a cuvée from several vintages aged for 7 years in cellars. The coupage is a selection of 7 different base wines, from 7 of the best Bouche plots. It is the seventh bottle of the house and perfectly reflects the DNA of the Bouché house. Result of the mastery of aging with 7 years of permanence in the winery, and the mastery of the renowned Millers in Pierry. Zaphir cuvée is an aged champagne, it is made with 75% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier. It comes from the old vines of the house. Sustained yellow color, fine bubbles, light and pleasant effervescence. On the nose, light aromas of candied fruits, brioche and honey. On the palate it is broad and generous, with a strong aromatic persistence.
