Allaire Ron

The Caribbean gets into this bottle of rum, sublime, with the high-quality cane molasses from the island of Barbados, where it's made. It rests in oak barrels for at least three years, to then be subjected to a carbon filtering process to achieve a crystalline tone that does not eliminate its sweet, honeyed and powerful essence.

Transparent in color due to its filtration process, we will find notes of coconut, banana and caramel; with velvety flavors of walnuts, honey and dried fruits, with an elegant and long-lasting finish.
