Peraj Ha'abib

Vinified under the strict supervision of the rabbi of the Habat Jewish community of Barcelona. It is a highly certified Catalan kosher wine: Lo mebushal (it is not pasteurized) and Le Pessaj (suitable for Passover).

Grape: 50% Grenache, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cariñena.

Alcoholic degree: 15% Vol.

Tasting note:

Cherry color, intense picota; This is a truly complex wine, with aromas of ripe fruit, hints of minerality and delicately integrated toasting from the barrel... A resolutely elegant character, full-bodied, very balanced and with excellent acidity.

It goes very well with grilled or pepper entrecote or lamb meat, with a medallion of pork in port wine with figs, rabbit à la casserole, beef civet with apricot and forest fruit coulis, octopus mosaic with black sausage.
