Victory No. 2

Victoria Nº2 is a sweet wine from the DO Málaga produced by the well-known Andalusian winery Jorge Ordóñez, a specialist in this type of wine. It is a monovarietal Moscatel de Alejandría from 50-year-old vineyards that grow at an altitude of about 700 meters in the municipality of Almáchar, in Málaga.

The harvest is carried out manually in mid-August, when the grains are overripe, after which the clusters rest under the sun for about two months, so that they obtain the highest possible concentration of sugars.

Fermentation is then carried out in stainless steel tanks, which is stopped by a drop in temperature when the degree of alcohol is already ideal.

tasting note

Bright and dense yellow. Citrus aromas of orange, honey and candied fruits with a mineral background. Balanced palate, great load of fruit and very persistent.
