Aunt Domi is a great find. It is one of those pâtés that seems to have just been made by the grandmother (in this case, the aunt) during the slaughter season. It is made in an artisanal way, with a family recipe, with Iberian pork from Guijuelo. The touch of brandy makes it different... and irresistible.
