La cuna Partridge Paté.

La Cuna makes its red partridge paté in an artisan and natural way, without preservatives or coloring. Possibly, the red partridge is considered one of the most representative and appreciated birds of the Spanish fauna. This traditional paté is a great choice for a spread, but if we get creative, we can make a faux paté truffle.

Ingredients:

Partridge (14%), Chicken Livers, Leeks, Butter, Chicken Thigh, White Wine, Salt, Spices.

INGREDIENTS OF FAKE PARTRIDGE PATE TRUFFLE

Partridge paté La Cuna
dried trumpets of death
Extra Virgin Olive Oil or truffle oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Crush the dried mushrooms until you get a black powder.
  2. Make balls with the pate.
  3. Put the mushroom powder on a tray or plate and pass the paté balls.
    In a few tablespoons of appetizers, add a "bed" of EVOO or Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Truffle.
