tasting note

Brilliant wine of black fruit, cherry, blackberry.

Infinite aromas in this superior wine that, beyond a great balance between new wood and black fruits, offers many aromatic nuances of forest herbs (rosemary, thyme).

It powerfully announces the future of a sublime wine, perfect for aging, although its immediate consumption is now adequate. A long journey for this enveloping Tempranillo full of fruit and an elegant memory of its time in the barrel.

It combines perfectly with red meat, venison, roasts, tasty vegetable stews, and intensely flavored cheeses.
