Absolute Elyx

Elyx has been hand-distilled in a classic copper pot still since 1921, which is only hand-operated by a small group of experts who have acquired their skills and knowledge from previous generations of Swedish vodka makers. Our still is completely made of copper and it is precisely the magic of its copper surfaces that allows us to produce a smooth and natural vodka with an intense flavor that is silky and full of character.

Tasting note

On the nose it is clean, intense, round, freshly baked bread and notes of white chocolate and cereal with an intense delicate spicy touch.

Full-bodied palate, exquisitely smooth mouthfeel with hints of rich macadamia nuts, creamy cereal, white chocolate garnishes and creamy notes of freshly baked bread. Light nuances of nuts with a balanced touch of mild spice and pure intensity in just the right measure.

Soft and round spicy finish with nuances of fresh nuts and a soft and warm finish on the palate.
