Malleolus Valderramiro

The Malleolus de Valderramiro cuvée is one of the most precious jewels of the Emilio Moro winery. It is made from Tinta del País grapes that come from the Valderramiro estate, planted in 1924 and which, together with the Resalso vineyard, constitutes the true genetic reserve of this Duero winery. Blessed with great intensity and an unctuous texture, this red is one of the "kings" of the new Duero.

Tasting note:

Malleolus Valderramiro has a ripe, intense cherry red color with dark tones in the heart. On the nose it is opulent and enveloping, with a predominance of black fruits and a marked minerality accompanied by toasted aromas of noble wood, of great complexity evolving into spicy and sweet notes. Presenting itself in the mouth as a powerful and persistent set with a silky tannin that envelops the palate.
