Fino inocente

Inocente is a unique fino (DO Jerez), which originates from the mythical Macharnudo Alto estate, of which Valdespino is its main owner. This estate is characterized by delivering intense fine wines with character, but at the same time very elegant. This is Inocente, a long-aged fino (about ten years on average) from which two extractions are made per year, capable of withstanding the passage of time like no other.

Tasting note:

Pale straw color, on the nose it is sharp, of good intensity, with fresh notes of biological aging, with a tasty, elegant and long-lasting mouthfeel.
