Dominio del Aguila Reserva 2018

Dominio del Aguila is a family winery based in La Aguilera, a small town in the Ribera del Duero, and run by a couple made up of Jorge Monzón and Isabel Rodero, "vigneron" and architect respectively. Dominio del Águila is the winery's main brand and it is a reserve red wine aged for more than 30 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Note:

Reddish color, violet reflections, dyed and slow tear. On the nose, very deep memories of cherries and violets on a background. Medium bodied on the palate with elegant and fine tannins that give it silkiness and poise.
