The birth of the new BY rosé wine. OTT is the pinnacle of the successful Provençal Ott family, established for over 100 years and producer of the best rosés in the world. With the purchase of 70 ha of the best vineyards in Provence and the expansion and modernization of Château de Selle, formerly owned by the Counts of Provence whose vineyards were classified as Cru Classé in 1955, Domaines Ott has allowed itself the luxury of producing this new wine, which aims to become a new icon of the family.

Tasting note:

On the nose it is delicate and fruity with a touch of white peach and apricot, mixed with passion fruit and mango. On the palate it is intense, fresh and crunchy, with hints of fruit. Its crystalline pink color with orange hues gives BY.OTT a singular elegance, a wine that combines authenticity, perfection and sophistication.
