Cryo-dried pesto powder: a new texture for the famous Italian sauce in which the flavor and freshness of all the ingredients of the traditional recipe are preserved. The classic Pesto becomes a very tasty spice, ideal for flavoring, in addition to pasta, mozzarella and burrata, salads, pizza, focaccia, fresh cheeses, soups, vegetables, fish.
