Madeira flavored jelly is a product of a lifetime that is the object of desire at Christmas. Its ease of preparation, its excellent result and how versatile it is for any Aspic. Our customers also use it to make a jelly to accompany cold meats and foie. Try adding a touch of sauternes if you want to decorate a pate; or a bit of Jerez to further highlight its flavor.
Beef gelatin 43%, common salt, sugar, mineral salt (potassium), aromas, colouring: common caramel; Madeira wine extract 0.2%*, spirit vinegar, white wine extract, natural pepper aroma, thyme extract. *equivalent to 2.2 g of Madeira wine used for 100 g of dehydrated product. May contain: eggs, milk, gluten, celery.
