This whiskey is a perfect example of tradition and innovation: with a completely handmade production and following the Scottish tradition, this distillate rests for 15 years in the Solera Vat of the house, a large barrel inspired by the production tradition of Jerez (it is never emptied , but periodic extractions are made). Thus, this single malt is very spicy, honeyed and rich in fruit notes.
Alcoholic degree: 40% Vol.
Bottle: 70cl.
Tasting note:
Gold with reddish flashes. In the first contact with the smell, heather honey, vanilla and raisined fruit notes can be appreciated. On the palate, silky notes reminiscent of Jerez, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied, full of flavor and a persistent sweetness.
