Havana Club Añejo 7 years

Havana Club Añejo 7 Años is the epitome of Cuban rum. It is a legendary alcohol that lives up to Cuba's reputation as the birthplace of the best rum in the world. Subjected to a long aging process in white oak barrels, it infuses the rum with strong and complex flavors. This is done in part through continuous aging: each year, a small amount of rum is returned to the barrel to keep the spirit of Havana 7 the same. This process continues today since 1960, and Havana 7 always contains the spirit of this first batch from decades ago. It is special enough to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

tasting note

It has a bright and crisp mahogany color. It has an intense and delicate aroma, with strong and complex notes of cocoa, vanilla, cedar wood and sweet tobacco. It is an elegant and exceptionally tasty rum, with a voluptuous and velvety attack, then it gives way to a balanced and complex palate at the same time, with cocoa, vanilla, sugar cane, chestnut and caramelized fruit aromas, underlined by soft and firm oak along with sweet and sour spices. Intense finish complemented by aging notes.
