The Red Mojo is for those who want an intense product with a lot of flavor. It usually accompanies wrinkled potatoes, gofio or meat. It can also be used as a seasoning to obtain tasty marinades. It is made with fresh products of local origin and is free of dyes and gluten.
GLUTEN FREE product, suitable for celiacs and vegans.

Ingredients:

Sunflower oil, 21%, red peppers, WINE vinegar (CONTAINS SULPHITES), water, pepper, salt, spices, paprika, garlic, colors: paprika extract, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidulant: citric acid.

Once opened, keep in a refrigerator (5ºC).
