Morelli Tagliolini with Truffle
We leave you a recipe for you to enjoy this delicious Tagliolini with Truffle.
Remove the rind from the gorgonzola cheese, cut it into small pieces, place them in the blender glass, add the cottage cheese, half the milk and beat the ingredients until a homogeneous cream is obtained; pour it into a tub, add the remaining milk, a pinch of salt and pepper, mix with a wooden spoon, mixing the ingredients. In a saucepan, bring plenty of water to a boil, salt it and cook the tagliolini; strain them al dente, season them with the gorgonzola cheese sauce and the cottage cheese diluted with a few tablespoons of the pasta cooking water. Serve the tagliolini piping hot, accompanied by the grated cheese.
