These Truffle Stuffed Olives are from La Explanada, an Alicante company that has a wide variety of canned olives. Pitted black, manzanilla, gordal, gazpacha, sweet and sour gherkins and in gourmet and fresh format and now they are launching these delicious olives stuffed with truffle paste that are already a success at gatherings of friends.

Ingredients:

Water, green olives, truffle paste 6%, ( truffle (tuber aestivum) , gelling: E401, aroma, salt, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate E-621 and E635, acidulant: citric acid E-330, antioxidant: ascorbic acid E-300 May contain traces of crustaceans , nuts (almonds), milk (cheese), fish, sulphites and mustard.
