Tasting Note:

It is a very unctuous and creamy brown cream. On the nose, the truffle brings us memories of mushrooms, earth and humidity, a background of soft and aromatic alcohol, caused by gin and a slight milky aroma. When taking it to the mouth, the truffle flavor disappears, giving way to cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon and, in the end, the citrus and complex tones that gin gives us appear.
