Picofino Vermouth Gin Fusion

Picofino was born in Albuerne, a small town on the Asturian Cantabrian coast (so small that it does not have a bar), where a lover of distillates, who some called picofino, sought to create unique distillates in an artisanal way.

This recipe from his grandparents is out of the ordinary. The great secret, a few gin added to the vermouth. Picofino starts from a monovarietal wine base, macerated in an artisanal way with herbs and botanicals. They replace the cereal or wine alcohol that is added to the vermouth with Picofino Original Gin to reach 15º.
