The Maison Gabriel Boudier founded in 1874, has been making Creme Cassis for more than 140 years, it is the symbol of the tradition and know-how of the Maison Gabriel Boudier. Respecting an extremely precise and rigorous manufacturing process.

G. Boudier Creme Cassis is made by macerating small black currants with great aromatic intensity. Subsequently, they are crushed and put into the fermentation process in vats. They are then pressed to give a juice that, mixed with sugar syrup, syrup and neutral alcohol, forms the cream of cassis.

Alcoholic degree: 20% Vol.

Bottle: 70cl.

tasting note

Very intense red-purple color, with aromas of cassis, red fruits (blueberries and raspberries), notes of liquor. On the palate it is sweet, creamy, with a long and persistent finish. Ideal liquor to make Kirs royal (creme cassi + champagne)
