To the traditional and artisan production system of our vermouth, using plants and natural aromatic herbs to cold macerate the base white wine, we have added a short aging period of 7 months in new French oak barrels from Allier with a medium toast. .

Tasting note:

The result is this bitter, aromatic vermouth, of intense color, with roasted bottoms and with that peculiar flavor that reminds us of traditional vermouth. Ideal as an aperitif, it is recommended to serve it cold and accompanied by a slice of orange and an olive.
