Rémy Martin VSOP Mature Cask Finish is composed of eaux-de-vie sourced exclusively from the highest quality Cognac, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne vineyards. Such eaux-de-vie offer exceptional aging potential and are known as Cognac Fine Champagne.

Originally created in 1927, VSOP became VSOP Mature Cask Finish in 2012 and is the perfect harmony of powerful and elegant aromas.

Alcoholic degree: 40% Vol.

Bottle: 70cl.

Tasting note

On the nose, dominant notes of vanilla can be appreciated thanks to prolonged aging in French oak barrels, followed by ripe apricot, baked apple and an elegant floral note.

In the mouth it is a perfect harmony between the firm character of ripe fruit and subtle notes of licorice, offering a great complexity of elegant and powerful aromas.
