The Macallan

The Macallan 15 Years , is the result of aging in 3 different types of barrels: in Spanish oak barrels that housed sherry, American oak barrels that housed sherry and American oak barrels that housed bourbon. It is the perfect whiskey to create an 'old-fashioned chocolate'.

Alcoholic degree: 40% Vol.

Bottle: 70cl.

tasting note

straw yellow colour. On the nose its smell is sublime and full, it presents aromas of rich stone fruits and apple, a hint of zest, some notes of calvados and a touch of rose and cinnamon. On the palate it is very full and round, with a lot of flavor of bourbon, dark chocolate, winter spices and vanilla cream with hints of oak and hints of orange and raisins. persistent finish with a hint of chocolate, orange fruit and dry oak.
