Leon Beyer-Kirsch

Léon Beyer is the maker of Leon Beyer Kirsch, a brandy made in France. The best cherries are the cherries, they are black, honeyed and with small stones. About 18 kg of cherries are needed to obtain a liter of pure Kirsch brandy.

Tasting note

Brandy made by distilling the fermentation of various varieties of cherries. Bluish white color, dotted fruity nose with almond flavors. Crunchy palate, with a somewhat bitter finish.
