Natural, artisan, vegan, extra thin and crunchy, without additives or colorings and without palm oil. Non-Gmo.
They infuse their own oil with black truffle. The black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has an intense flavor and an exquisite aroma. The harvest takes place in the town of Sarrión (Teruel) where the largest oak plantation in the world is located.
Tuber Aestivum or Summer Truffle grows from early summer to fall. It can be distinguished by its angular wrinkles. Its tone is dark brown and the pulp has an intense and characteristic perfume and flavor.
The flour is ground by hand. The ground flours stone-ground are more nutritious and aromatic than those ground with industrial steel rollers.
The dough rests for 12 hours and then slow cooker to maintain the nutrients and obtain an extra fine and crunchy cracker, but consistent at the same time.
So you can enjoy them alone or accompanied by cheeses, sausages or foie, as Lady Joseph liked them.
